Developing Your Practice Plan and Calendar, Start to Finish
Do you have a full season plan that you feel confident in? If not, I’ve got you. Watch this session as I focus on developing a beginning, middle, and end practice plan for your entire season. As coaches, we consistently hear about the drills and the workouts, the micros and the macro cycles, etc., but where do they really go? I’ll dig into pre-season conditioning, early- and mid-season goals, and of course the taper/peak. I cover a lot of ground, because it takes a lot to build a championship program. Let's do this!
